We make real estate backed loans that are tailored to fulfill the needs of the borrower. We are unique because we offer the ability to fund loans in an incredibly fast process with no bureaucracy. Our lending amounts range from as little as $50,000 up to $2,000,000. The individual loan terms and loan structures are based on the borrowers needs.
