Edward G. Mein
 Mr. Mein, a former licensed contractor, has experience as a builder and developer in addition to 40 years as a real estate lender. For over 37 years, he worked closely with Owens Financial Group in joint ventures and management of problem properties. He was an early developer of self-storage facilities and currently owns a 68,000 square foot facility in Sparks, Nevada. As an 18-year member of the Board of Directors of Civic Bank of Commerce (now merged with City National Bank), he served on the Civic Bank’s Loan Committee. Along with other local business leaders, Mr. Mein was a founder of the bank and helped see it through the difficult years of the late 1980’s, taking an active role in the disposition of the Bank’s real estate inventory. He served as President of the Sunnyside Corporation in Lake Tahoe, California, taking over during the reconstruction of the hotel, restaurant and marina through to the successful completion of its first year of operation. Larry R. Schultz
 A licensed California Real Estate Broker, Mr. Schultz has served for 37 years in the real estate mortgage lending field. In association with Milton Owens, he helped shepherd the early Owens Mortgage Company, a small mortgage loan brokerage, into Owens Financial Group, which, at the time of Mr. Schultz's retirement, was making and servicing over $250 million dollars in real estate loans. While at Owens, Mr. Schultz served as Executive Vice President, where he managed loan production, loan review and problem loans. In mortgage lending circles, he is considered an expert in real estate loan underwriting. Additionally, he has extensive experience in property management and has served as the certified court appointed trustee on several occasions in Alameda County, Contra Costa County as well as several other local jurisdictions. Kevin Mein
 Kevin Mein is a licensed member of the State Bar of California and a licensed California Real Estate Broker. He has worked in real estate development, real estate law and real estate lending for the past 7 years. Born and raised in the Bay Area, Kevin is a graduate from U.C.
